SessionM is looking for a Business Analyst who can create business models to drive loyalty program economics for prospective clients and drive strategic recommendations for existing clients.  The Analyst will work across a variety of external and internal clients including sales, customer success and product teams.


  • Build economic models to forecast the profitability of loyalty programs as well as the impact of loyalty program changes on future financial outcomes.
  • Develop reports, analyze and provide key observations
  • Present reports to key internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the key findings and recommendations
  • Assist in the creation of compelling presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Provide data in the pre-sales process to help close business
  • Participate in client and project team meetings to explain and interpret analysis methodology and results


  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in loyalty field
  • Proficient in SQL; minimum 5 years experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success in developing cross functional relationships including technical, product, marketing, customer success & sales
