SessionM is looking for an experienced Campaign Specialist in our Boston HQ to support key customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills and a proven aptitude for learning new systems. The SessionM Campaign Specialist will be responsible for understanding client's business objectives and KPIs to drive campaign strategy. This individual will need to provide pre-launch strategy, mid-flight performance optimizations as well as insights.


  • Set up, test, track and optimize client campaigns (included but not limited to video, display, push, email etc.)
  • Serve as owner of brand’s b2c messaging through SessionM's proprietary platform
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and overall program health
  • Identify trends in engagement and offer strategic recommendations to satisfy program KPIs
  • Support Sales and Solutions Architects in pre-sales process with products demos and RFP facilitation
  • Appropriately escalate bugs, account concerns and requests
  • Become system expert & participate in UAT
  • Assist account team in translating client requirements during discovery and offer program design elements that align with standard campaign offerings
  • Offer ongoing suggestions for process improvements
  • Pull and review internal and client facing reporting as necessary


  • Bachelors degree
  • 2-4 years professional experience working in a SaaS, brand, or media/agency setting
  • Experience working with clients
  • Comfortable providing strategic recommendations and navigating objections
  • A work place “chameleon;” be able to collaborate alongside cross-functional partners (engineering, creative, analysts, senior account leads etc.)
  • Exemplary attention to detail & solution oriented
  • ESP/push messaging experience
