SessionM is looking for a Director of Enterprise Delivery Services to oversee the 4 service pillars within our organization based in Boston.

The Enterprise Delivery Services team is responsible for scoping, planning and managing the successful delivery of services. The team works collaboratively with our sales and solutions team during the sales process and then with our integrations and customer success team throughout the customer journey. The Director of Enterprise Delivery Services is responsible for managing a growing team of program managers, campaign managers, data analysts, reporting managers, creative designers, and customer service representatives.  Your success will be aligned with our customers success and the effectiveness and profitability of your organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with and support enterprise sales in scoping opportunities for managed services
  • Write SOWs during the sales process and measure and track against them once the customer is live
  • Represent SessionM on high profile customer deals
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction with services, ensuring that KPIs and SLAs are met and exceeded.
  • Support global regions to align delivery of services
  • Build segmentation & make optimization recommendations (creative, campaign, targeting) to drive positive ROI
  • Build relationships with 3rd party partners / vendors and oversee outsourced projects
  • Provide accurate forecasting for revenue and resource capacity planning
  • Drive new business process and tool improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Enterprise Marketing Services
  • Proven success in recruiting, on-boarding and managing a large team
  • Experience working on enterprise-wide initiatives for global organizations
  • Proven ability to translate requirements into workable project solutions
  • Outstanding communication skills; presentation, written & verbal
  • Strong customer relationship acumen; comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization, including the “C” level
  • Successful resource allocation, timeline and project management experience
  • Ability to work effectively and cross functionally with customer success, sales, product & engineering
  • Strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously
  • A dedication to client service, client management skills and ability to drive client satisfaction
  • Track record of driving business growth
