We are looking for a Manager of the Solution Engineering team. This person needs to be a proven leader, thrive in a fast-paced environment, is excited to support top tier brands and is passionate about creating tools and improving scalability. This individual will be part of our Enterprise Services & Solutions Team (ES&S). The ES&S Team is responsible for supporting our enterprise clients who leverage the power of our customer engagement platform to build relationships with their consumers.


  • Manage a team of software engineers
  • Drive process improvements
  • Lead daily stand-ups, planning, and sprint retrospectives
  • Determine tools that are needed to improve scalability
  • Effectively, efficiently, and accurately deliver features assigned in the current sprint to meet client deadlines
  • Support the integrations team on client initiatives and projects
  • Guide the team on how to resolve bug fixes
  • Interface cross functionally to ensure timely delivery of code
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply learned skills to solve issues
  • Contribute and attend sprint retrospectives to help the team refine its processes and approaches
  • Ensure code delivered is of high quality, passes all the supplied requirements and has been tested


  • Computer Science degree
  • 3-4 years of experience in an Engineering management role
  • 3-4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails or similar MVC framework
  • Understanding of RESTful design
  • Understanding of Agile Methodology
  • Demonstrable HTML/CSS/Javascript ability
  • Local to the Boston area
