As a Point of Sale Technician, you will:

Responsibilities

  • Provide top quality customer service primarily through the help desk but also occasionally through on-site support
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Assist with installs by loading / configuring program systems, installing equipment, and providing live support
  • Document, track, and monitor customer requests
  • Create and expediently resolve support or installation requests
